I learnt the latest technologies and how to create software using the best tools on the market. During the Academy I discovered all types, techniques and design approaches, learned how to write semantic elements in HTML, apply advanced CSS techniques, understand accessibility standards as well as manage projects using the Agile methods. Additionally, I had a trial with the company, giving me a chance to gain real work experience. Devbridge/Cognizant Softvision assigned a mentor to each student to serve as a resource for their custom development projects.

This internship program is dedicated to IT students and any other bright IT loving people willing to try out the IT industry for the whole month.
Ričardas was a very positive team member, it was great to have him on the team. He contributed to a fair number of project tasks and quickly adapted to best project practices and got on with writing clean code. My advice to Ričardas would be - don't lose the momentum, keep on learning and tackling programming! And don't hold back when it comes to communicating your ideas or problems to the team!
